Gap Questionnaire

This questionnaire helps you see the gap between how you want to show up at work and what your current patterns actually reveal. That gap is the space between your intentions and your results.

Gaps exist in every facet of life. Most of us want to perform better and produce stronger outcomes than we actually do. The difference is often revealed in real situations: the conditions we have to meet, the pressure we have to manage, the multiple priorities that compete for our attention, and our own habits and behavior.

Your answers will provide a clear visual of the gap by measuring key work drivers that influence outcomes, such as drive, follow-through, problem-solving, ownership and accountability, meaningful progress, priorities, growth mindset, and other performance factors.

There are no perfect answers. Answer honestly so your results can show where you are already aligned and where you may want to grow.

Please answer all questions before viewing results. Unanswered questions are highlighted above.

What this section means: This section shows how you answered each question. Some answers strengthen an area. Other answers reveal a possible obstacle. A small number of questions are secondary clues: they remain in the questionnaire and may shape the interpretation, but they are not included in the primary target score.
